This fine stainless steel sifter is handcrafted in Japan with a traditional tsuchime (hammered) finish. It features a double layered mesh- with a fine mesh on the outside and an ultra-fine mesh layer on the inside. We always recommend sifting your matcha powder before whisking to eliminate clumps in your matcha and doing so creates a smoother and creamier froth.
